As an Account Handler, you are responsible for the seamless and correct processing of rental requests for audiovisual material. You are the first point of contact for clients, think along according to their needs and ensure that every request is followed up professionally and on time. You are responsible for preparing quotations, processing reservations and coordinating with internal services such as the warehouse. Thanks to your accurate and customer-oriented approach, the entire rental process from request to return of equipment runs smoothly. All this in a dynamic team at our head office in Willebroek.
Key Responsibilities
Drawing up quotations based on customer requests (mainly via e-mail, sometimes by phone)
Checking the availability of material via our system
Suggesting alternatives in case of unavailability of products
Following up customers personally, giving feedback and looking for solutions in case of last-minute changes
Converting quotations to reservations upon confirmation
Maintaining contact with the warehouse about returned materials
Coordinating with customers in case of missing items or damage
Answering telephone questions (technical, practical or logistical)
Answering general incoming calls and transferring them correctly
Requirements
You have a good basic knowledge of audiovisual material
You speak fluent Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English
You are structured, accurate and can handle several things at once
You are stress-resistant and customer-oriented
You can think along creatively and help look for solutions
You have an open, positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
